Shipping Information
All orders for in stock merchandise that are placed before 12:00 PM central time will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA). Orders placed after 12:00 PM central time will be considered an order for the next business day and will ship in 2-3 business days.
If you require express or air shipping, please select it from the drop down on the shipping information page. Orders placed by 12:00PM central time will ship the same business day when express and air options are selected.
Returns
Please contact customer service at LundsAndByerlysSupport@impactgroup.us to request a return. Please provide your order number, the item number, and quantity of the items you would like to return. Customer service will provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and will provide return shipping instructions. All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original invoice date if a valid return authorization is provided by a customer service representative. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unused stock items and credit will be applied to the correct credit card.
